Who is responsible. Finansium AB is the data controller for Query Polish. Contact: henrik.ekenberg@finansium.se.
What we collect. What you type into the audit form: your website address, your email address, the language you want the report in, and anything else you choose to tell us. We never ask for passwords or logins.
Why. Only to prepare your audit and email the report to you. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We don't sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it. Web3Forms (web3forms.com) receives the form and forwards it to us by email, as our data processor. Web3Forms keeps it for 1 year and then deletes it.
How long. We keep your answers and the report for 12 months after we send it, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing the address above. If you think we've handled it wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
